Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

Please note that the processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or new collection launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times: Standard shipping 3-7 business days

Expedited shipping 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00 before tax.

Local Pickup (PITTSBURGH AREA)

We offer free local pickup in the Pittsburgh area. If you select this option at checkout, you'll receive an email once your order is ready, along with details on how to arrange your pickup time and location.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Aria Sky is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will always do our best to help you locate your package. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
